Coming into this industry I had no background in sales, but I did have a background in customer service and an open mind as I was doing something I had not done before. Over the last 10 months I have developed a ton of skills and tapped into a potential I never knew I had. I have always been a people person and was blessed with the gift of gab but ask me a year ago if I thought I could become a good salesman, and I might have laughed.

Since starting with PCE promotions I have developed a new sense of self-worth and for the first time in my life, the confidence and belief that I can truly reach a level of success to change my family and I’s lives for the better. It is possible to attain generational wealth if you are willing to sacrifice and work hard for it.

Because I am adaptable and self-motivated, I have always gone into any situation with the mindset of “if I am going to do this, I will do it wholeheartedly and not take any shortcuts.” I have gained many skills such as time management, confidence, sales ability, and management skills. Over the course of my journey, I have taken on more responsibility because of my hard work and effort. Whether it is finding out I will oversee the office at a moment’s notice first thing in the morning and being able to set up prime time, teams, sites and still produce results or being entrusted to run the office for a week in Adam’s absence. I was able to earn this trust by being communicative, honest, reliable, always having a student mentality, a hunger to continue growing and voicing that I would like to take on more responsibility, closed mouths don’t get fed.

I have never worked in an industry where so much opportunity and success are attainable regardless of your age or seniority, or where you reap the rewards of your hard work through all expenses paid trips all over the country, acknowledgement, awards and ultimately running your own company. Joining PCE Promotions was one of the best decisions I have ever made because it has been and will continue to be a life-changing opportunity. Always be willing to go the extra mile because the sky is the limit, and we all are truly capable of doing amazing things in this lifetime.
