What’s the job description?

Fundraising Field Rep.

A team of field reps acquiring donations for ASPCA.

We’re looking for a driven, people-first professional to join our team as a Fundraising Field Rep. In this role, you’ll represent trusted national brands while engaging directly with the public to generate support and raise funding for mission-driven campaigns.

Oh, and to top it all off? Uncapped performance incentives + merit based growth. Full-time only.

01Morning Rallies

We start each morning together–as a family–and we share big wins, teach each other, and equip ourselves with tools, mindset, and leadership skills to do our jobs more effectively.

02Game Time

We don’t throw you straight into the fire–you and your team are sent out together all across the Denver area to designated, primed locations where you have one task: Earn Donations.

03Roll It Back

We review our metrics together as a leadership team, see how we can improve, and build each other up in a constructive, productive manner. Encouragement, Focus, and Persistence will help us reach our goals.
