Business development program:

  • Our goal is to expand, which means we can give our clients a bigger presence, position ourselves for the next change in the economy, and give our employees more opportunities.
  • In order to expand our business, we must develop people with skills and experience. This means teaching the employees in this program:
    • The finances of a business
    • How to recruit
    • Testing new clients
    • How to run a business day to day
    • Sourcing technical and motivational meetings that they can then deliver to their team
  • Share in the company profits to save and start a business of your own
  • Special travel opportunities that will help prepare you to open a business in a new market

Travel and Networking Opportunities:

  • Road trips: Throughout the year, small groups of brand ambassadors will take short trips to cities within our state or the surrounding states to see how our marketing strategy works in other markets. These optional trips are available to eager team members who are looking for a confidence boost, to gain experience at a faster pace, and to get an opportunity to make a little extra money.

  • R&R: Twice a year an R&R travel opportunity is offered, one for the US and one for the UK. Both trips are available to anyone who is an established leader. Leaders offered this opportunity have demonstrated success in training new hires.

  • Networking events: Several times a year we get together with other companies, like our own, to celebrate our accomplishments, meet new people in our industry, and blow off a little steam.

  • Office Visits: Thanks to our network, we have the opportunity to visit similar businesses around the world. These visits are a great way to build connections through networking and gain new skills through experience in different markets.
